The fossil fuel era continues because billions of dollars continue flowing into oil, gas, and coal. Solstice Schools put our money where our mouth is, exploring & leveraging creative ways to steer capital away from risky fossil fuels, and toward creating our clean energy solutions.

• Nueva School.

  Nueva does not invest in funds (direct or indirect) whose primary purpose/business is tied to coal, oil, natural gas, and tar sands production and/or reserves.
  As a result of dialogue between the administration and students, Nueva is now exploring other educational initiatives that would be funded by donors who are specifically focused on environmental education at our school. This form of reinvestment strives to continue bolstering Nueva’s education into the core problems with the fossil fuel industry for the next generation of leaders.
